landscape installation crew member

Landscape Installation Crew Members work in a team environment to complete successful installations of softscape installation projects such as annual and perennial bed plantings, tree installations, and edging.

qualified applicants will have a desire to create inspired outdoor living spaces for our clients, will value teamwork, and will have a positive and upbeat attitude. Positions are full time only and seasonal-approximately March through December.

Must be able to endure repetitive bending and twisting motions.
Must be able to lift more than 40 pounds.
Must be able to properly and efficiently complete necessary job site and company paperwork.
Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers.
Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and good driving record.
Must be available for overtime hours as needed throughout the season.

Work experience is preferred, but we will train motivated and qualified individuals.
Basic plant identification and care knowledge.
Experience in the safe operation and maintenance of assigned equipment.
